Community Support

12-1 pm Arts and Empathy   

Description: Doing art allows us to express our feelings, thoughts, and experiences and understand others. Human expression through the arts is more important now than ever in the time of COVID-19, enhancing our community with empathy and compassion. Join us every Wednesday at 12- 1pm for live art!

2-3pm Life Management Team

Description: A life management series for developing health-promoting habits and routines, in order to improve health, wellness and productivity.

3:30-4:15 Lets Talk, Stay Safe and Connected

Description: A space for people to share how they are using technology and other coping strategies to stay connected during COVID.

2-4 pm Media Team

Description: Work with your peers on creating media content (writing, art, photography) for website development and social media content.

3:30-4:15 pm Peer Wellness Check-In

Description: A space to come together about what it means to be a mental health Peer and how this role interfaces with technology and wellness.

3-4 pm Legal Clinic with MHAS

Topics: government benefits, housing, and expungements.
