Relaxing into a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

The Parenting Support group is for parents and other caretakers. This group is centered around open discussions and activities on topics such as knowing yourself as a parent, parenting techniques, communication styles, parental self-care, setting boundaries, positive modeling, and managing stress.
