Living in the Moment as a Means of Coping

I think it is important for people to live life to the fullest and live in the moment. It really helps me be happy to be who I am because if I try to focus on thinking only a day at a time I would definitely feel much less optimistic.

Of course it helps me to have a Marlboro Gold cigarette and take Buspar.

In addition to that, I really am into designer eyewear, bags, and wallets.

I really think it’s okay for people to buy things that they like even if they cost a lot of money. I think that if people focus on the lifestyle that they want to have it can really help with their symptoms.

I think it’s important for therapists and other mental health professionals to support their clients’ decisions.
