Symptom Management and Coping with Post-Holiday Depression

I have been feeling kind of sad that the holiday season is over. I really loved seeing all the holiday decorations and the fact that there was much less traffic since many people in Los Angeles go on vacation.

I stayed at home a lot more and I like going to a local neighborhood grocery store. I had my prescriptions delivered rather than picking them up and I tried an at-home waxing kit for my upper lip rather than going for waxing and I wasn’t able to remove much hair so I think I will go to the salon to do waxing. I find that I am able to buy more of the food I like when I go to Vicente Foods and I really like Pharmaca Pharmacy. I don’t think I want to use grocery delivery services in the future because I tend to buy a lot of food I don’t want and throw it away and it becomes a bad habit that I end up using my money, money I need for transportation to therapy or money I would actually want to spend on clothing or makeup.

I love doing my hair at home. I used to color it dark brown but I got scared last time from the intense smell so I stopped dyeing my hair. I am letting the natural color grow out which is a medium auburn. I love washing my hair with Pantene color care shampoo and conditioner and find that the serum by OGx with coconut milk and Sebastian Shaper spray really work well to keep my hair in place and I love blow drying it and flat ironing it twice a week when I wash my hair.
