Symptom Management and High Fashion Luxury Lifestyle

I have always found it very helpful to have a high fashion luxury lifestyle and that has been extremely important for my personal symptom management. I really love designer eyewear, doing my nails, and smoking cigarettes. At first I thought Marlboro Red cigarettes would be too strong for me, but I decided to get a pack since they were out of lights and I really like them. I love doing my own nails and that is a form of symptom management because haircare, nail care, and makeup make me feel good about myself. I definitely love Mac cosmetics because of the elegant packaging and it’s very lightweight and many times I dropped the powder and eyeshadows and they don’t break since they have the matte soft touch plastic which seems to keep the products intact.

I really think that it has been very important for me to live a lifestyle that makes me happy and that has been essential for my own symptom management. I know that I have a harder time coping with depressive symptoms and compulsive spending if I don’t focus on having what I need to make me happy.
