Painted Brain is a CalMHSA-approved Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification training vendor.
Our recent graduates have successfully completed an 80-hour professional training in evidence-based practices including trauma-informed care, peer disclosure, group facilitation, wellness and recovery planning, safety and crisis planning, cultural responsiveness, advocacy, digital literacy and law and ethics. Now they are ready to put their skills to work as full- or part-time employees or volunteers.
