We are so damn hard on ourselves.🗣We all have that voice in our heads telling us we aren’t good enough, smart enough, attractive enough.

🍂We sabotage ourselves with negative thoughts.

🍃If a friend came to you and said they were going to try for something they wanted, what would you do?🌿You would encourage them. You would help them. You would find reasons they are going to succeed.

👍🏼Yet for ourselves, we often do exactly the opposite.🍁We undermine our own progress forward with doubts and reasons not to even try.

🌾Try this: next time you find yourself going down that path, stop and treat yourself as if you were your best friend. Be encouraging, positive, kind. It will really make a difference.
