The Continuing Education – Law and EthicsTraining qualifies as a Continuing Education Course through the Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification Program.

Painted Brain’s Law & Ethics Course supports the 20 hours of continuing education requirement, fulfilling the 6-hours in Law and Ethics, to maintain the Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist (CMPSS) recertification as required every two years.

The goal of this course is for participants to understand, observe, and follow applicable laws and ethical standards related to their work to maintain boundaries and safety.
